Tyson Fury, one of the biggest names in the professional boxing industry, introduced a Mystery Box Collection on the Binance NFT Marketplace, which went live on 2021-12-15 11:00 (UTC). As per a blog from Binance, the Mystery Box Collection includes “a 1-of-1 NFT of Tyson Fury’s painting ‘The Gypsy King’ and is the rarest NFT in the collection.”

The Tyson Fury Mystery Box is associated with a number of rewards as well. The blog from Binance revealed that the 2-time world heavyweight champion’s Mystery box will showcase a memorable moment from his career in the form of a rare NFT titled The Gypsy King, which is now sold out. The non-fungible token were 23,800 in number, each for 25 BUSD or Binance USD.
There were 4 categories attributed to the Mystery Boxes: Normal (N), Rare (R), Super Rare (SR), and Super Super Rare (SSR). Furthermore, the collectors of each of these Boxes would be eligible for different rewards as well.
Rewards
- A total of 25 people who collected 3 or more NFTs from the sale in the secondary market, which started 12 hours after the sale, were eligible to share a prize pool of $5000 BUSD. (2021-12-15 11:00 (UTC) to 2021-12-15 23:00)
- The top 20 users who collected the most SR NFTs would be eligible to share a prize pool of $15,000 BUSD. As a bonus, those who “collect the most SR NFTs will also receive an invitation to a special group video call session to meet Tyson Fury.” (2021-12-22 11:00 (UTC) to 2021-12-29 11:00 (UTC))
- Those who collected more than 5 R NFTs would be eligible to “enter a challenge where the top 3 users ranked by game points will each win a pair of hand-signed boxing gloves from Tyson Fury that he wore during his fights.” (2022-01-05 11:00 (UTC) to 2022-01-12 11:00 (UTC))
- For the users who collect the “Gypsy King,” NFT will get a physical “limited edition” painting of Tyson Fury.
Furthermore, each person participating in the Tyson Fury NFT Mystery Box challenge will be limited to a purchase of 100 Boxes.
