This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy) applies to all information about the Client, which may be obtained by the company Coineducation LTD(hereinafter – the Cryptonary), through which it provides Users with service.

The service disseminates only the opinions of authors who do not claim to be infallible and expert, the User uses them as one of the points of view and decides whether he needs to listen to the information and advice. Subject of Privacy Policy

• This Privacy Policy establishes the obligation of the Cryptonary to ensure the protection of the confidentiality of personal data received from the User during a process of using the service.

• The Cryptonary together with the User take all necessary measures to prevent damage or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of personal data of the User.

• When providing service Cryptonary acting reasonably and honestly, believes that the User:
  • have all the necessary rights that allow him to buy and use the service;

• The User agrees not to distribute spam / information or messages that are offensive / discriminatory / inciting /fraudulent context or pornographic information and adhere to the norms of acceptable social communication when using the service.
• In case of infringement of clause 5.3. of Privacy Policy, the User and his account may be banned and removed from the service without permission reimbursement of the cost of the service paid before.

Validity of the Privacy Policy and amendments there to

• In the event of changes to the Privacy Policy, the User will be notified. If the changes in the Privacy Policy are significant, the Cryptonary will make every effort to notify the User.
• If changes to the document are negligible the Cryptonary will inform the User about such changes by publishing the revised Privacy Policy.
• This Policy enters into force on April 15, 2021. The original text of the Privacy Policy set out in English and takes precedence over other translations of this document.
