They can also use the app to save works to favorites and discover NFT searches based on criteria like category, name, collection and creator. Furthermore, users can view the statistics of the NFT collections on OpenSea and get links to exclusive releases on the platform.
OpenSea is yet to announce the launch of the mobile app on more popular Twitter or other channels.
OpenSea tops $1 billion per month in transaction volume
OpenSea is currently the leading NFT marketplace in the world. Last month, the platform became the first NFT platform in the world to surpass the $1 billion in monthly trading volume. This latest development comes a few days after the platform fired its head of product Nate Chastain.
Chastain was discovered to use insider information to buy items before they appeared on the front page of OpenSea to then sell them for a profit at the moment the front page was updated.
