The NFL, NFLPA and Dapper Labs this week will announce a deal to launch a digital collectibles marketplace resembling the hit NBA Top Shot, sources said. Precise terms are unknown, but sources said the deal makes Dapper Labs the union’s second-largest source of digital licensing revenue.
The report said the marketplace would be similar to what Dapper Labs built for the NBA. The sources added that the NFL and NFLPA would acquire equity in Dapper Labs.
